he can chew on a pen cap. also use Q tips, soda caps(the plastic ones) toilet paper/paper towel roll, etc.

you can make a play gym out of pvc but wal mart has budgie play gyms for like 10 dollars…

you can go to your local mall and stuff the pet store should have toys like beak conditioning sticks and play-n-eat treats and stuff. oh and some emergency, lol!!!! nice way to get attention tho!
