Talking isn’t Chulo’s only favorite activity. It started with him talking to and attacking our toes, which then migrated to having his “way” with peoples appendages. The vet we brought him to once could not believe he did this. Budgies typically only get friendly with cage toys..not peoples hands. – Stemaren
