My green cheek has a few plastic ones some wood, a sandy one to scrape their beaks on and trim their toenails, and then a woven material one. the different kinds and sizes will exercise their feet. I also buy the cockatiel size food. I get the kaytee in the orange bag. there is also a blue bag I just bought that has a green cheek conure pic on the front with a lovebird. I got some of that too. just the other food mix for conures look too big, since the green cheek is the smaller of the conures. I also offer a bowl of pretty bird small pellets. get several different size/kind of perches. not real fat ones.
