Cleaning products and teflon are deadly to birds. This is the weekend and unless you have a certified avian specialist vet - no other vet will know what to do. So, I recommend you put a heating pad on low, beneath the cage and cover it overnight. If he is still alive in the morning, hand feed him some of his favorite treats. You can mash up a hardboiled egg and feed him bits of it. Get some Rescue Remedy from a health food store and give him 2 drops 3x a day. It is for people and does wonders for our pets too.
