How did my budgie die?

This is really annoying me, I got a female budgie 2 months ago and it seemed fine, chirpy and flying around the place.
I ran out of food and i got this food that was something to help with producing eggs because it was the only budgie food in the shop. she seemed to like this very much as every 5 minutes she would be in her food bowl eating. a week ago she sadly died tho
But i don’t know how? the day she died she was very weak and she was closing her eyes perched on my finger, she also didnt fly but walked on the floor. we found her under my bed. What could this be?

It was last year, but I’m still puzzled about his death. One morning I just found him lying on his back facing his feet towards the ceiling. He was on a diet of the average mix of seeds, clean tap water and lettuce. His food and water containers were regularly cleaned, the food container cleaned every 3 days and the water container cleaned daily. I cleaned them by filling them with water and rubbing my fingers in it to get rid of the grime. On the weeks leading up to his death, he had been getting watery poos, but he was still full of energy and talktative. Why did he die?
No sunflower seeds…

whats my parakeets gender?

i have a parakeet with a purplish/pinkish/violetish nose, its a rainbow budgie ( the kind where they are both green/yellow/blue) and i heard that sometimes that kind will always have a purplish nose regardless of gender, i have a male too , and i heard them and saw them mating, about three times already, if they were both male would they mate? so is the rainbow a male or female? also they show the signs that other male+female pairs show when they like each other to mate, like preening each other,touching each others beak, pulling at each others beak and they follow each other around, also the rainbow eats more than usuall and they dont sit on my finger as much as they did, so would that make them male&female? if so is the rainbow pregnant?

My bird won’t stop screaming?

My bird is a male English budgie. He’s in the cage (and has been in the same cage with these birds for over a year with one and over 3 years with the other) with my cockatiel and my parakeet.
The cage is covered right now (It’s 8:30pm, aka bedtime) and for some reason he feels like bothering me.
He’s repeatedly letting out these annoying screeches and then getting my ‘tiel all riled up..She,too, likes to bother me. Now SHE is screeching.
Please..is there any way I can get them to knock it off without having to turn off my light?
That’s usually the only way they cut it out, and I really like seeing..so I don’t want to shut my light off so early.

Also, my ‘tiel, whenever she feels that she doesn’t have enough of the food she likes (the dish can be completely full, minus all her favorite seeds) she screams whenever I do so much as MOVE. If i’m asleep and she can see me through a space in her cage cover (I uncover them when I wake up) or if she hears me sneeze, cough, or roll over, she lets out this horrible scream. If I leave the room, she does it again.
I got her as a rescue bird (she,to this day, still plucks her feathers and hisses. I can’t even touch her. She won’t let me.) and she has a multitude of problems as it is. but the screaming is really getting to be too much.
I’m hoping to at least work this problem out so I don’t have to try to rehome a bird with multiple mental problems. I’m 30 weeks pregnant, and I really don’t want her screaming waking up my baby.

Don’t say “Get rid of them” because that’s the one thing I’m trying to avoid.
Also, I can’t put them in another room. We have cats and my room is the only room the cats CANNOT go in. Every other room is free-range.
She won’t let me hold her.
The cage is actually very large,so they all have plenty of room.

and I can’t hand-train her. She’s terrified of people. If I took her out,she’d just flutter around screaming. I’ve tried before.

i need help determining the sex of my white budgie?

I have this white budgie with hints of lavendar in its feathers and has light grey wings its just 2 yrs old. I also have a male, I have a nesting box, and the white one spends ages in there fluffing around, but has never laid any eggs, so this is making me think its male, even tho its cere is a light clear colour, It bites and that made me think it was female. The male I have is 3 and half yrs old. Some one told me that if the white one was female it should have laid eggs by now, but there have never been any yet. Has anyone any suggestions? If I had a car I would take it to the pet shop to find out, but I dont drive. Thanks.
