It seems to have stopped now, but it was happening just a short time ago. I read somewhere that this could be a sign of a respiratory problem or other illness? I’m not sure, but I AM very worried, which is why I’m asking here.

My budgie can get out of her cage alone because she has learnt that by sliding the food door open she can get out.

I know the best thing to do is to go to the vet, but I honestly cannot afford that. Is there any safe way to help get his beak back to the right size?
