im not really sure yet what my budgie’s gender is yet,a breeder on here says it female but it still has the bars on its head and the cere is purplish/blue with a tiny bit of white, but its still a baby, so what is normal female budgie behavior?- David

the rings go up to his eyes and his or her cere is light blue.
he pet store said it was a boy but i’m not sure.
