i have had my budgie for 4 weeks now he goes on our finger and shoulder i let him out of cage for couple of hours a day but he is very quiet he never whistles he has toys in cage and dosent play with them he is eating ok and dosent look sick will [...]

I have a few questions/problems regarding my budgerigar.
