As far as websites go, I don’t like to get things I can’t see and hold. Petco and Petsmart have a good selection of budgie toys. Stay away from cheap plastic hanging toys. I have seen my half brothers budgie break it’s neck when the plastic swing broke and the bird fell breaking the birds neck and the toy ended up killing him. I have had budgies all my life and they seem to need a lot of attention or at least one companion bird. After some time, I leave the cage open all the time so the birds can do what they want. I nice, high perch is always good. I believe mirrors are bad because they seem to drive the birds a little nuts. Bird baths are good. They like water. Wooden stairs, and sticks made into perches are nice. Bells and swinging perches as well as hanging toys are fun. But my birds enjoy each other first and foremost and even prefer playing with my window blinds more than any toy. They also like whistling and mimicking sounds. Toys get boring to them after a time but they all seem to have different personalities.
